A standard 150 L high-pressure geyser, installed to SANS 10254 with a certificate for your insurer, starts from R12,500. Solar and heat-pump options are quoted on site. If it's an insurance claim we'll supply the report and photos your assessor needs.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
For hourly work, yes: R650 for the call-out plus R550 per hour. Fixed-price services (COCs, geyser replacements, leak assessments) include the call-out. Quotes are free once we're on site.
Are you available after hours and on weekends?
Yes. Someone answers 24/7 and we run emergency call-outs across Cape Town. After-hours rates apply and are confirmed before we dispatch.
Will my insurance accept your certificate?
Yes. Geyser installations are SANS 10254 compliant and come with a compliance certificate. We're Geyserwise certified and a member of the Inclusive Plumbers Association.
Can you find a leak without breaking walls or floors?
In most cases, yes. Thermal imaging and acoustic sensors locate the leak first so the repair is targeted. You get a written report with photos before we open anything.
